This holiday season I was luckily able to travel to one of the most beautiful and interesting places I have ever been to: Thailand. It is such a beautiful country full of culture and spirituality. I was lucky enough to seen the Grand Palace in Bangkok in which the royal family used to live in, as well as, another famous temple called Wat Pho. The architecture in these temples is extremely intricate, it’s full of hidden and new detail each time you look up close. This place and it’s kind, caring and good-hearted people will always stay with me. I hope you enjoy this ‘Visual Travel’ as I share a few photos I took along the way. Maybe you will feel as though you came along too!
I hope you have enjoyed looking through, Let me know if you have ever traveled to Bangkok, Thailand, or if you wish to go!? Where are you going to travel next? Thanks for reading lovelies! xx
We read you need long sleeved shirts to enter the palace. We thought you only need to have covered shoulders and no shorts…

Actually from what I saw short sleeves were allowed (as long as your shoulders are sort of covered= no tank tops etc) but no shorts and I would recommend easily removable shoes as they need to be removed before you enter certain temples.

Yeah we thought so too. Thanks!
Ok for the shoes, do you put them somewhere? Don’t want to lose my sneakers! LOL

Sometimes they hand out bags in which you can put your shoes in. In other places they have racks instead! Don’t worry! haha

Great photos! Thanks for sharing, Chiara. I visited this place when I was a child, but back then I found this place totally uninteresting 🙂 Crowded, and nothing to see, except some statues haha.

Chiara, Thanks for sharing your lovely photos. I was there about a month ago. I went for a short weekend as I needed a break. It’s a beautiful and friendly city. As I’ve been there before, I didn’t do much sightseeing but spent time at the spa and enjoying the food. Have you tried Thai massage?
